First Aid Workshops for Children
These are Super Medic courses suitable for children age 5-11 years old. Can be accompanied by a parent and younger siblings.

Basic Life Support workshop (paediatrics & adults)
Suitable for adults who are looking to gain an awareness of or refresh their skills in what to do in an emergency including how to conduct CPR and dealing with choking. Babes in arms welcome.

Paediatric First Aid workshop
Suitable for adults who would like to increase their knowledge and confidence when dealing with common first aid occurrences including burns, bleeds and febrile convulsions.
